The French American Quartet honors the rich legacy of Django Reinhardt and Stephan Grappelli with fun, exciting and dynamic performances. The core of the French American Quartet is the tight rhythm section of Fabrice Urrizalqui on drums and Rob Yung on upright bass. Fabrice and Rob have been musical collaborators and performers in various Bay Area bars and clubs for more than 15 years. We are currently playing with many skilled and engaging musicians, such as David Newman on guitar and banjo, Emily Froberg on guitar and Eva Pointowski on violin. We look forward to adding ambience, style and fun to your venue or event.
